Esto hace posible que se hable en España de "Digitalización" ya que existe una infraestructura de red que lo permite comparada con Alemania por ejemplo.
Pero tener mejor conexión, esa digitalización de la que se habla, ... No implica no tener límites.
Tienes 5G/4G en todo el territorio (o casi). Eso no implica que por ejemplo se tenga que hacer todo desde una app.
El derecho a no tener internet existe !. No lo llamemos "brecha digital" y si "Maltrato tecnológico".
