年底了，最近花点时间对以前错过的一些项目做一些反思。今天写第一篇，美妆新零售独角兽-HARMAY 話梅。
第一篇为什么写話梅，是因为这个项目是错过项目里面我内心犹豫时间最久的。第一次和创始人见面是2019年3月，我还记得是在清华校园里聊的。期间我们做了很多调研，也组织了投委会讨论，但最终还是与話梅失去了缘分。
