@prologic please! I have a few years sitting on the same chair more than 10 hr a day and it's not healthy at all!

I recommend those 7 minute routines, and elliptical machines where you can simulate a bike, walking or moving your arms. But walking outside is even better! #forOurHealth
@prologic start slow, say, 2000-3000 steps per day. Then up it 500 steps every week until you reach 10000 daily steps, or so. Then keep it up, every day, do not miss a streak. You will notice a change in your life. Of course, if you can run it, or alternate walk and run, it would be the best!
