一、确认车辆绿本能拿到手，全款的不用担心，贷款的同学和销售或贷款银行联系，确认能借出后再继续，因为痛完后需要带绿本才能二次备案。
二、提前拿他人痛车图片与当地车管所确认是否能备案，确认能备案后再进行痛车（武汉亲测可备案，详情后方再提），如车管所表示无法备案，亦可选择小面积痛车，画面需要低于全车面积30%。
三、不要直接选择淘宝痛车贴，没有融入自己的想法，和别人完全一样挺尴尬。
