{@https://www.uninformativ.de/twtxt.txt>#z5jfntq} Why did I give up on fractals and 3D rendering again? This is so much fun to play with.
{@https://pbat.ch/twtxt.txt>#ni5x6eq} finally finished all the initial ugen documentation. everything now has a sentence or two. the generated page can be accessed from the ugen wiki page /proj/monolith/wiki/ugens]] #updates #monolith

{@https://dgy.fuckup.club/twtxt.txt>#ufyyf7q} where did the weekend go...
{@https://twtxt.net/user/markwylde/twtxt.txt>#22xq65a} (#pxf2qpq) Hmm, disappointing. It installed perfectly, fast, very intuitive. I ran the command, it seemed to connect for a minute, then "Destination host unreachable". I also couldn't really understand how to "give" my VM an ip address. I need to do more reading I think.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/markwylde/twtxt.txt>#3k4ehaq} @prologic (#pxf2qpq) THIS! It looks perfect. Was just about to go to bed, but thought I'd check this out before. I feel this was a mistake, as I'm not gonna try and spin this up on vultr lol
{@https://twtxt.net/user/markwylde/twtxt.txt>#sgsmveq} @prologic (#mgeijyq) That's seems amazing. So at a very basic level, I could build a "Hello World" app in go, and have my OS/VM/(laptop one day :P) boot straight to it? Although my Go isn't so good, and that does seem like a large project. Seems actively maintained though.
{@https://tilde.town/~mox/randomwiki.txt>#n3f4kjq} Joytime
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#wnonqfa} @dilbert (#tjewf3a) No such things as "multitasking" you pointy haired boss! 🤣
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#uspgh5a} @flairvelocity (#sqp2h7q) Good thank you! 😀 Bedtime for me though (_soon_) 😴 Probably going to hack on this software (_you're using_) a bit more though... 😎

{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#7bqd7ca} @markwylde This is the Golang OS I was talking about eggos and an Issue 2 where I’m asking about the project.\n\nOne thing I’d love to do is take the source code of this project and strip it down to its bear essentials. if I had a few spare weeks of spare time this is what I would do next 😁

{@https://xandkar.net/twtxt.txt>#3p74ylq} There's something noticeably distinguished about the personalities I see involved in the circles of Lisps. A certain intellectual bravery and broadness of curiosity that just feels different from anywhere else, including other FP circles (some examples: Erik Naggum, Francois-Rene Rideau, range of topics and personalities at http://lisp.nyc/).
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#i2b7vha} @markwylde MeshBird is the very nice mesh networking thing I was talking about. Single binary. e2e encrypted and just works! 👌

Make sure your shed is strong, see 25mm steel pipe is necessary against a huge wind sail on the ends.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/off_grid_living/twtxt.txt>#vnbbvzq}
What a fruit fly proof shed is all about, and this one cost me over AUS800 dollars so far, The 10m by 10m mesh was only 134 dollars, than there's the rest of the shed.

Inside the shed.

No drop in water level. Yeah...it's OK now.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#3raxp4q} also lots of subtle death this chapter. Honeycutt's friends are all dying of cancer. Primrose is scared of "ghosts of dead whalers" working out in the gym. This keeps the uncertain fate of her parents in the forefront, and also probably predicts the fate of the dying town.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#cv4rxja} Chapter 3: a long detour about how difficult it is to tolerate Ms. Honeycut because she only speaks in annecdotes about people nobody else knows. And then Uncle Jack is as lively as a shaken up bottle of coke when it comes to real estate development. Capitalism! This chapters recipe is lemon cookies. I love that every chapter so far has a recipe. No more waffles this chapter.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#vjijqla} Another recipe: blanched asparagus. Best eaten by hand with your fingers.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#tjftv3q} wow okay, page 18. Horvath drops this amazing paragraph out of the blue where she succintly and artfully flits from pacifism and violence to family and togetherness: everybody is violent at heart and you can only choose pacifism through actions. And... people are alone at heart, but family is not something you can choose: it just happens to you. i wonder if Primrose will come to reverse her stance on this.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#d2kdotq} Here we go! She made about a million waffles while I sat there. She had to make about a million every day because at The Girl on the Red Swing they served everything on a waffle e v e r y t h i n g o n a w a f f l e
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#hbsxzwa} Actually included a recipe for carrots in apricot glaze, as promised. (Primrose describes this as the color of her hair at the beginning of the chapter.) To be honest though I could do with a little less carrots in apricot glaze and with a little more waffles!
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#j4xzinq} Okay life is rough for Primrose. Her parents are missing, nobody wants to take care of her. She is constantly reminded that she in only worth three dollars per hour. Her life and belongings are distributed between three different houses. I am not in the body of life. I float.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#ieo5bpq} There is likely no media that has not been altered by coronavirus. This is a perfectly clear and convincing argument for living text. Horvath had no intention of this sentence being haunting to the reader because she could not have predicted that the reader would be in the middle of a years long pandemic. The authors intention counts for less than half of the book\\s ultimate meaning.
{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#fmyz3aa} They\\'ve all got colds, grumbled Miss Perfidy, turningto look accusingly at me. Big crowd packed into a smallhall. We\\'re all going to get sick now.

{@https://tilde.town/~dozens/tw.txt>#fzwixwq} back. made waffles and hashbrowns. It was, so far, infinitely more waffles than what have appeared in this book
