{@https://twtxt.net/user/off_grid_living/twtxt.txt>#h2yu4ja} Notice four pumps, storage and power areas of the room, and even the cage frame show the staged height of each row of batteries, make it easier to top up distilled water to each battery cell.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/off_grid_living/twtxt.txt>#hghycmq} Here is the basic floor plan again the each intended use of the room.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/off_grid_living/twtxt.txt>#unxfdua} Yes the power house has multi purpose functions. It houses our water bore, the most important thing to a property is a source of good bore water, and we finally have that. It also houses all the water pumps, around four of those. It is a storage room for spare water pumps, batteries, lights etc. And finally it houses all the battery power and 240 volt production needs.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/off_grid_living/twtxt.txt>#stbk7pq} @lyse (#2ezy3dq) Good point Lyse. I didn't paint the welding either, just dropped it into the concrete. Some say iron doesn't rust further once it has a coating of rust on it, but should the frame fail after 10 years of use, I guess I will have to weld up another one. The KOH electrolyte is corrosive in the batteries, and we use Vaseline to protect the battery rail connectors, so I will try to paint over the ends of the square tubing though they are welded up by the channel that sits over the top of each on.
{@https://maurice-renck.de/twtxt.txt>#razaswa} @ingo ah, quasi das gegenstück zum 1.1.1970?
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#kchs4da} @oevl (#zzznxwa) That's fine too. I just want to help document how to run it better so it's not just me 😀

{@https://twtxt.net/user/oevl/twtxt.txt>#p33iaxq} @prologic (#zzznxwa) I might have to run this project as a single node swarm...
{@https://lyse.isobeef.org/twtxt.txt>#mce4cja} @prologic (#cyhgqmq) No doubt about that, but sadly this is not one of them. One record summer follows the next. Decades ago, winter used to be much cooler, too.
{@https://lyse.isobeef.org/twtxt.txt>#p7yk7pa} @vain (#rvl2k5q) Hui, interesting!
{@https://lyse.isobeef.org/twtxt.txt>#qtemkna} @off_grid_living (#2ezy3dq) I'm no material expert, but this looks fine. If you cap off the square tubes, you'll probably stop the oxidation starting from inside. I wouldn't want to paint the inside.

{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#cmiez7a} (#dtbqo7q) Maybe it's just me but I _think_ we need to keep things simple, allow humans to do the "thinking" and "choosing". It's far too easy to get into situations where you have all of the problems created by the big traditional social media platforms with Likes, Retweets, Trending, Immutable content (_it never goes away_), Top Heavy (_millions of followers_), etc.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#syq7rvq} @antonio (#dtbqo7q) Yeah I _believe_ I recall someone saying that it's not about having algorithms or not having algorithms. That person stated that even sorting a timeline chronologically is an algorithm. I _think_ we have to define very clearly what algorithms means for social media and how they can be used and abused. I've thought about it a lot, and I still _believe_ that even doing simple things like showing a "Trending" section of Twts where there's a lot of twts being tagged with #foo is a bad idea.

{@https://twtxt.net/user/oevl/twtxt.txt>#czb54xq} I think there’s a need for a little bit more detailed documentation and examples for both the Docker and binary deployments.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/oevl/twtxt.txt>#zzznxwa} I cannot make Twtxt run behind Traefik with an port 80 entrypoint and a loadbalancer port of 8000.
{@https://niplav.github.io/twtxt.txt>#gycsamq} my plan would involve writing the code for a seed asi and giving it a completely senseless goal, such as maximizing the number of paperclips & spreading as far as possible. this would benefit no one & cause untold damage. i will take no questions

{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#2irpsca} (#dtbqo7q) @antonio Yeah I mean if Twitter™ rebuilt their app on Bluesky, and all (_or almost all_) Twitter™ users migrated to other Bluesky compatible platforms/servers/instances/whatever, would Twitter™ have enough users left to continue to fund their advertising based business model? 🤔 Or did I _somehow_ miss the point of Bluesky and _maybe_ there is some mechanisms for "monetization" in there?
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#zamfqeq} @thewismit (#62rwtjq) Yes. There is a twtxt.yml in the root of the repository which is designed to run in a Docker Swarm cluster. Does that help?
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#bxvccpq} @darch @sorenpeter (#s6zxfya) Yes that is correct. I noticed this before too. UTF-8 characters in username/nicknames are illegal here. Although I _guess_ they could be allowed, but that's some pretty complicated regex for me to think about 🤣
{@https://twtxt.net/user/antonio/twtxt.txt>#m4ahl6a} @prologic (#dtbqo7q) It definitely goes against their current business model.
{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#s3e6sfa} (#s6zxfya) @darch @sorenpeter You currently have two feeds or personas. One that exists on my pod (twtxt.net) and one that you host yourself on your own website that is external to my pod (_which is the primary client I use_).

{@https://twtxt.net/user/prologic/twtxt.txt>#ymau6na} (#s6zxfya) Great 😀 Don't forget to teach your client how to render -mentions, they _should_ be preprocessed into their proper twxt syntax.
