Okay so hear me out: I was looking at the weather widget thing on the windows 10 bar thing at the bottom (you know, that thing Microsoft added near the time - I'm not complaining about it lol) and it said to expect heavy t-storms.
In that moment, my tired af brain couldn't help but picture storm clouds just shaped like the letter T floating through the sky even though I know exactly what t-storm means.

I swear birds have gotten away with corrupting the justice system - they get away with things like property damage, aggravated assault, theft, jaywalking and being a public nuisance yet they never get arrested nor do they get sentenced/fined in court.
Ngl putting lemon flavour in cookies and biscuits should be illegal - just let me enjoy pre-packaged baking without the tang of lemon.

Luckily it hasn't been as bad as it has been in other towns (I've heard some houses have floated away down rivers...the worst I've seen is a deep patch of water here and there yesterday afternoon). @prologic I mainly wanted a smartwatch for the notifications/reminders. It's good for knowing when emails and texts come through as I have my phone on silent usually. It's also good for keeping track of when and where my classes are too!
I hate when I accidentally put my watch on upside down because I put the straps in the wrong way. Yet I still find it entertaining to fiddle with them. #funny

@mckinley I just tested it on my phone (which doesn't have autofill set up at all - I use Vivaldi on desktop and Duckduckgo on mobile). The email address is still there.
@prologic Okay so I requested a password reset and it asked me where to send it. I put in my new email account and that's where I found the password reset message. I then checked the old email and there was no reset message (as expected).
@prologic why can't I update my email address? I recently discovered there were issues with the provider I was using (read as "difficulties with sending/receiving emails"), so I had to create a new email account. I tried changing it in settings, but when I refresh the page, it still shows my old email.

So here's a genuine concern: for the whole last week, I've had a cold (its definitely not covid - there haven't been any confirmed cases in the Hunter Region at all) . If I can catch a cold so easily during a time where we are all supposedly being precautious and aware of hygiene, how much more easier is it for covid to spread through the community?
