@off_grid_living Great! So you made this particular model yourself, right? I've seen similar tools in videos. Some use wedges, there's also the strap version (https://www.bessey.de/en-GB/BESSEY-Tool/Products/Clamping-Tools/Assembly-and-laying-tools/Flooring-and-clamping-system-SVH-SVG). I'm a huge fan of homemade helpers and jigs. :-)

I will give you a close up next time.\n \nThis tool is useful for panel flooring, but not for tongue and groove floor boards, each one is nailed as you go, and you need enormous forces when squeezing the next board unto the last one. My bolt and screw device is 20mm nut welded onto the plate, for instance.
