I'm considering Acme, but it doesn't make sense to use it outside a Plan9 install.

@novaburst It's an option, last time I was using OpenBSD as a daily driver, vmm was still new, I see it now supports running 9front. http://wiki.9front.org/openbsd-vmm Could be a pretty cool setup!
Lots of personal preference, but I disagree on Acme: it's far and away my preferred editor on unix-like systems, too.

@adi Plan 9 from User Space runs on just about anything POSIX-ish and includes Acme.
Looking good so far, I'll wait till they get LSP ready
