@slashdot ugh. Can NFTs just fuck off already. This is not how any of this is supposed to work. Buying random shitty tokens and expecting something in return based on what β€œlevel” of NFT you purchase is ridiculous. This is just a shitty subscription model (which I also hate).

Most of them, but yes... Proof of Work is a Proof of Wasted energy

I don't have data on how bad it is compared with anything else, but that cool technology is now an environmental problem, as many technological solutions create further problems

@eaplmx i'm a big believer in proof of work

but it entails getting off my arse and doing some work looks for shovel, not letting my machine solve complicated math problems for hash-rate vanity metrics.
