As for privacy stuff in twtxt: Release v21.09 of “jenny” will bring some changes. It is no longer required to publicly disclose all the follow = lines; this has been moved to a private, local file. // Also, an option has been added to use a generic anonymous HTTP user agent instead of the special twtxt string (which discloses to other feeds who you are). This can be set globally and on a per-feed basis. 🥳 🤫

@movq This is really great to hear! So I reckon you're the first one who actually implemented per-feed settings, awesome! \\o/ I'm still refactoring tt to be usable by others.

@movq Nice! 👌 I
@movq Nice! 👌 I think I’ll do the same with ‘yarnd’ per-feed toggles 👍

@prologic That would be great!
@movq Do you want to write up a page for recommended and supported clients for the landing page? 🤔 First client off the ranks is of course ‘Jenny’ 🤗

@prologic I can try. 😊 It’ll be a short list, though, because I’m not aware of a client other than jenny (and lyse’s tt, when it’s ready).

@prologic To be honest, I think this would suffice: https://movq.de/v/7c52a43cff/0001-Mention-jenny.patch 🤔 Over time, this could grow into a list of clients that work well with “modern” twtxt. Or did you have something else in mind?
