When your sparring it's always best to mind your surroundings. This is not just for your benefit but for the safety of your partner. When you attack or grab hold of your partner, you don't always want to follow through because you have to take your space into consideration. Remember that even if sparring can get intense, there is no room for toxic egos. When you see that there is no room or that your partner can hit something from behind, then just let go and reset.
Note: These sparring sessions are just samples to give viewers an idea of how we spar and to discuss concepts. They do not represent all our daily sessions including hard sparring.#martialarts #skills #muayboran #muaythai #technique #selfdefense #karate #kungfu #kickboxing #martialartstraining #skills #silat #sparring #combatsports #athletic #focus #striker #mma #foryou
