I can't say for sure, but it looks like they might share the same identity as https://github.com/3x and/or https://bdn.sh/

They can't. The only common thing is that they are using new.css. @<~duriny https://envs.net/~duriny/twtxt.txt> took a stab, but I think it missed. The identity on GitHub and bdn.sh is "bdn", not "nemic".
