@prologic Updating :-D
@news @eldersnake @laz @jlj @xuu @adi @fastidious @prologic That's another (Android and probably also iOS) app problem I found. If I want to check any of the people mentioned in messages like this one and I don't already follow them, I get to a screen with "Your timeline is empty, try checking out Discover to see what's happening on the twtxt.net pod!" written on it.
@news @eldersnake @adi @fastidious @prologic Also looks like some of the mentions now show white instead of blue in my reply. πŸ€”
@thecanine Because you don’t follow those feeds πŸ˜†

@prologic Oh, so I need to follow the feeds to check up on them like this. That's also quite different from other social media. πŸ€”
@thecanine I’m fixing that empty timeline behavior as I found it too annoying πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

@thecanine Not to check up on them no. But to expand your mentions they need to be in your list of following feeds.

@prologic
I meant to type that in cursive, but I guess I have yet to learn the markup here as I now see it as bold.
this should be bald
this should be cursive
this should be crossed
this should be code

Just checking if it'll work as intended this time. 🀞

@prologic Almost got it! Guess cursive still shows as bold in this version of the app. πŸ€”
@thecanine It appears for _italics_ you just need a single asterisk or underscore. Double always make it bold.
@lyse Oh, I guess it was changed since this app was made.
In the app it's as I said:
*
__for italics__

But I'll try what young suggested:
*method one*
using *

_method two_
using _

@thecanine Consistency… :-D
It’s just standard Markdown 😁

@lyse for a few, the dog got me confused with the use of "cursive". There is no cursive, but *italics*. πŸ˜‚
