Pinellas County - Threshold Run: 4.05 miles, 00:08:47 average pace, 00:35:35 duration
limited amount of time this morning and woke up late so decided for a threshold run instead. felt great letting loose a little. did not actually stay in threshold long according to my HR but the threshold feeling was definitely there.
