Lesson 247: Shoulder Climb
In this technique we will be climbing on our partner's shoulder. In order to make this move work, we need to get our opponent dazed and unaware. Climb by first stepping onto the hip then the shoulder while grabbing hold of the neck. An elbow can be applied when on top for good measure. For practice sessions, we use this technique to work on our balance and coordination.
As a martial art exercise, this move is usually trained for developing agile reflexes.
