@ionores thank you. If I use this, do I have to setup CI as well or is it integration into ForgeJo? The documentation only talks about CI Integration.
@carsten Its for this reason despite Gitea now being owned and operated by for-profit company (but are still developing Gitea in the open) I would chose Gitea. It is very nice, well polished and "just works"™.

I am still a bit struggling with my new NAS from ASUSTOR. I keeps doing weird things from time to time. Still thinking about buying - maybe - a mac mini for all the hosting stuff and using the NAS really ONLY for backup. There are multiple possibilities. Or I just run the service locally? Would that be ok? And then, how do I backup? RSYNC or TimeMachine?

Where have you installed Gitea and how do you back it up? How do you restore it?
