Lesson 280: Grab Leg & Pull (part 2)
In part 2 of 'move the mountain' we apply this in clinch mode. So we use it here in close proximity and timing. When our opponent knees, we can scoop and grab hold of the leg and head to pull them down to the floor. Then you can follow up with more strikes or foot lock finish.
