The ancient Muay Thai inverted knee is normally applied as a counter or follow-up move. The idea is to bring your head down towards the floor as you swivel your knee upward to strike your opponent. Your form does not have to be perfect or does not necessarily have to be completely inverted to work. You can hit your opponent's middle or upper body area, depending on how high your knee goes. For training purposes, a combination set is shown at the end of the video. The path with so many challenges is the most rewarding of all.
