I can _literally_ think of better things to spend $450,000,000 ($450M) on like helping some poor African communities have _actually_ goodness to gracious clean drinking water.
Why don't we cancel the Virgin Galactic flights and worry about our own Planet and the resources and people on it before we look to the stars?
