Lesson 265: Muay Boran Kick the Kick (part 3)
In this version of the ancient Muay Thai kick the kick, we focus on stopping a round kick. To do this, we do an actual elbow block instead of a swipe to the kick, then follow-up with a kick to the hamstring area. Normally, this can be done against a middle or body kick. This can also be done against a high kick so long as you stop the attacking leg then follow-up with the counter kick.
