@movq limes are “second class” lemons. They can be used for ‘limenades’, but can’t beat lemons for that job. Given the choice—and availability—I chose lemons 100% of the time, for everything. I specially like lemon juice on my baked or fried salmon, together with toasted garlic, salt, and pepper. Yum!
