I'm not sure we can even really block them in the first place since we don't require any type of standardised "identity" as such that _might_ be tired with things like an Email Address, Google or some other social media-type identity. Sure we can enforce things at a Pod level and maybe that's enough? You're right that we limit quite a lot of potentially "bad" things already by being decentralised, not having so-called "re-tweets" and by being non-realtime.
