@jason Not 😆 Re-whatever we believe to be harmful 🤣

@prologic Responding considered harmful. ;-)
@lyse LOL 😂 I meant things like Retweets or Retoots or whatever other things they're called out there in the Wild West 😆

@prologic I think those are fine because its just sharing someone elses post to people who follow you. Those people who follow you might not follow the orginal person and in return might never see that post unless its retoos/retweets. The thing that is harmful is likes.
@jason You're right about likes being harmful 👌

Technically reposts would really be a client feature and not part of any spec I don't think. Texhmically it's already possible to do by just linking to a post by its permalink on any pod. We have also considered and will probably implement inline rendering of a linked Twt at some point for yarnd -- Not sure how Jenny would handle this 🤔

Also worth noting that yarnd also implements the Open Graph metadata so linked Twts render in apps that support this (like Signal)

@prologic I guess as long as jenny just links to the post.
@prologic That looks nice. So that if you link the post in another app it will show the message
@lyse Responding could be harmful
