I just find these kinds of "Ask Slashdot" type posts wuite stupid. Having worked with many file systems myself, of course there are good and bad ones. But you still need a file system (even if you call that a database) β˜ΊοΈπŸ˜†

@prologic ZFS is literally supported *anywhere* (even better on illumos, for that matter).
If only I could make use of it though
@novaburst Yup ZFS is pretty widely supported nowadays πŸ‘Œ I use it on my NAS and my various Mac devices via USB disks for extra backups πŸ‘Œ
