@prologic I tested it for you, and it half way works, it is just showing the raw Markdown. You need to put the rendered version, or something similar, on the metadata. I linked a screenshot on IRC, and on the issue itself.
Wanting to add something else. I am sure the same happens with the Open Graph card. The Twitter card also shows the subjects, which add noise, and are irrelevant. I am not sure if you can remove those for OG, and Twitter Card purposes.
