Unfortunaltely I wasn’t able to take a shot of the blood moon at 9:16pm AEST as it was too high and my tripod and set up isn’t great 😥

@prologic This is very pretty, though! When I look at it, it's pulsing (not sure what the proper term for this "messing with the brain" effect is). ;-)
@lyse I need to buy the GPS module for my telescope. This was taken with my spotting scope and my iPhone with an adapter to hold the phone in place 🤣

@prologic Oh, no need to, I was just curios about the original size in pixels. 🙂 I was wondering about the quality of the shots you can take with your telescope, but the more I think about it: The number of pixels only depends on the camera, not the scope. 🤦 So it’s irrelevant anyway. Stupid question. Nothing to see, move along. 😁

@lyse Yeah my wife bought it for me for a birthday present a few years ago, I just need to learn how to use a better with the DSLR camera that I have that goes with it!
