Vertragskündigungen nicht rechtens
Der Verein für Konsumenteninformation (VKI) hat am Mittwoch auf ein Urteil des Bezirksgerichts für Handelssachen (BGHS) Wien verwiesen, wonach Mobilfunkanbieter bestehende Verträge im Falle einer Rückforderung der Servicepauschale nicht kündigen dürfen.
