@fastidious Hmmm? π€ Why do you ask? WebP was chosen as the primary format for processing and serving media on Yarn.social yarnd pods for a few reasons, namely: quality/size/compression benefits and optimized bandwidth to "consumers" (_even on poor connections_).

@fastidious I know we talked about this, but I haven't been:
- Able to reproduce it on Big Sur on my own iMac running macOS 11.6 with either Chrome, ,Safari, Firefox or _any_ other browser.
- Get you at a time where we can sit down and debug this and _hopefully_ fix it π€

Huh. Strange. I think my avatar is actually based on a PNG; as @prologic said, webp was yarn's decision. :-)
