Oh crap. I just noticed that when a twtxt feed does not contain a Last-Modified
HTTP response header the twts will not be cached. Thus, tt does not show them. I should really get after my rewrite.

@prologic No, careful choice in the twtxt reference implementation. More of a poor design choice of tt rendering the cache.
