Had to remove the pumps at base of tank, the one way valve opens immediately when the pump turns off and so we siphon water out, over-watering the fruit trees. So I now have installed a 370W sludge pump, submersible into the tank, not ideal for now, but frogs already in there, so the cover is removed for access.
