惊讶的发现大多数人竟然无知到这样的地步：

认为房子的40、70年产权指的是房子只能用这么多年，然后到期了就有武警上门来把你赶出去然后把房子收回去。

然后以"你买房子也不过是租了70年而已还不如直接租"这种令人瞠目结舌的理由反对买房。

那个所谓的产权指的是土地使用权而不是你房地产的物权，到期了只需要去续费几千元就可以继续获得几十年产权。
