The most โ€œunusualโ€ media types Iโ€™ve used in the past were probably the LS-120 (this was great because it could read normal floppys as well), the 100 MB Iomega ZIP drive, and up until a few years ago DVD-RAM. How about you? ๐Ÿ˜

@movq Haven't watched it yet, but I used 3.5'' floppies, CDs, DVDs, USB sticks and SD cards. I'm pretty sure that's it! Oh no, I think I also had a compact flash (?) card for a small computer in the maths school lessons for the computer algebra system.
This was _really_ interesting to watch! ๐Ÿ‘Œ Thanks for sharing ๐Ÿค— Brought back _some_ memories there ๐Ÿคฃ

@movq After watching this video I remembered, that my first camcorder my grandpa gave me used some magnetic tapes and the other camcorder I bought myself later on had MiniDV cassettes. In school we also had those classical tape spools where we watched films like Die lustige Welt der Tiere in Biology several times. Just a few weeks ago I decided to sell all my VHS cassettes.
@movq @lyse You still had VHS tapes in 2021 ?! ๐Ÿ˜ณ And someone bought them?! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

@prologic Yes, they were laying in my cabinet for centuries. No, until now nobody bought them yet.
