Btw @fastidious... We used to support WebM and WebP -- lossless image and video formats. Unfortunately it was a poor decision at the time, little did I know then that the support for these media types (_produced by Google_) are not very well supported. Support for them is poor at best, clunky and forced yarnd to depend on C libraries reducing portability and ruining the release cycle for months.
