Nice little chat tonight with @ocdtrekkie. @prologic was very selfishly out having fun with his family instead of talking to us internet strangers. Happy birthday, man!
Some things we talked about:
* Video games
* Video games *on Linux*
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Microsoft ClearType
* Windows' 30 year old spaghetti code leading to dialog boxes like this*
@mckinley Key takeaway here is we need more attendees so that chat doesn't devolve into being about Windows.
@ocdtrekkie I could not join because the chat was at 12:30 or 1:00 am for me. Well if I do end up joining sometime I don't use windows and have not used windows in months. Don't have anything to say about windows 11 because I never used it and have not used windows in a few months or more.
@jason FWIW, the chat has no strong topic setting, and it can go pretty much anywhere. I am probably the only regular Windows user who attends, lol. It's at midnight for me too!
@ocdtrekkie That is cool that there is no tpic. Its not like people on these open platforms have to use linux or some free and open os. Anyone can use whatever they want to. Yarn is just a web ui for twtxt and the os does not matter. I can't say on for long time at midnight and I left before you started.
