Ein Strauss-Fest zum Geburtstag
Im 200. Jubiläumsjahr von Johann Strauss steht auch der 67. Wiener Opernball am Donnerstagabend ganz im Zeichen des Walzerkönigs. Das ohnehin schon sehr prunkvolle Gebäude am Ring wurde dafür in den vergangenen Tagen in einen pompösen Ballsaal verwandelt – mit heuer sehr bunten Blumenarrangements, erstmals gespickt mit Obst und Gemüse.
