盘式制动器活塞是否越多越好？**
现在国内大部分人的思维就是东西越多越好，越大越好，越贵越好，汽车活塞卡钳的数量越多越好，实际上这种理解是有误区的。
刹车系统分鼓刹和盘刹（也叫碟刹）两种刹车方式。其中盘式制动器因其外表是一个大圆盘而得名，活塞卡钳从属于盘式制动器，我们现在的乘用车多采用盘式，分别由刹车盘、刹车皮、刹车助力泵、分泵、制动卡钳（刹车钳）组成，如图1所示。

我们通常口中说起的活塞卡钳（图2所示），就是推动摩擦片压向制动盘的装置，所以一般几活塞卡钳就代表有多少个单独的活塞。
