NSW government announces viral vector company
The New South Wales Government is set to establish a new company to run a world-leading viral vector facility in Westmead.
Viral vectors are a critical component of many modern gene and cell therapies.
They are also used for vaccines.
Stage one of the facility is expected to be operational by next year.
