Muay Thai Boran Sparring in the Ring 1: Warm-up your Body
Make sure to warm up your body when you get into sparring. You don't want to pull anything so it's best to do dynamic stretches prior to sparring. And when you start sparring, don't go too wild and let your blood flow. Once you get a good sweat going, you can start to turn things up a bit.

Note: These sparring sessions are just samples to give our viewers an idea of how we spar. They do not represent all our daily sessions especially hard sparring which has been omitted.#martialarts #muayboran #muaythai #skills #technique #selfdefense #karate #kungfu #kickboxing #martialartstraining #sparring #reflexes #warmup #silat #legday #mma #combatsports #foryou
