since it's not a proper "fork" in gitea terms, this can't really be auto-merged unless either force-pushed or fiddled around with rebases, lol.
side note: I left a copy on git.mills.io/novaburst/spyda
hmm I don't think there's a good reason to have logins at all if they don't really work
