We've experimented with both designs, and went with text above after talking with community leaders, who use quote posts positively to give underrepresented accounts more reach. In the end, we believe having the ability to opt-out of being quoted and being able to retract quotes after the fact are much stronger protections against abuse than the position of the text.=
