Karner prüft Verfassungsänderung**
Nach dem Anschlag in Villach hat Innenminister Gerhard Karner (ÖVP) der Rechtssektion in seinem Haus den Auftrag gegeben, darüber nachzudenken, wie die von ihm geforderten „anlasslosen Massenkontrollen“ in Privatquartieren umgesetzt werden können.
