These cast-iron pots and fryers from Borough Furnace are a work of art.
Borough Furnace iron-cast pans
Pricier than any other I have seeing—and yet sold-out because of the small size of the business, and their high quality —they are hand crafted with care for a lifetime use. My mother used to cook exclusively on cast-iron pots and pans, so these items bring back really sweet childhood memories.
@david Do they have any kind of coating on the surface or purely iron?

@prologic they are purely iron, sandblasted, and “cured” with oil. Cooking on cast-iron is another level, but once you learn the in and outs there is no going back.
Fantastic! These looks really nice too. I might show them to my better half and see what she thinks 🤞 -- Too bad they've run out of stock 😢

@david they look great! we’ve got a couple of cast iron pans that I use on occasion. I prefer the creuset range- because I am time poor and can throw them in the dishwasher!
