This technique is also known as to "move the mountain" which is a way to take your opponent down when you grab hold of your opponent's leg. This can happen whenever the knee is lifted and you get a chance to scoop and grab it while pulling the head down with your other hand. You can finish your opponent with strikes from the bottom.
