In this version of the ancient Muay Thai 'break the bird's wing' we take it a step further from the previous lesson where we do the 'chicken wing' to bring your leg over and sit on your opponent's back. This provides a stable base and added pressure which makes it easier to make your opponent tap or break the arm.
NOTE: This is a self-defense move not for sparring. Here, your opponent is someone who overcommits their arm so you can grab. But if your opponent pulls their arm back then abandon this move and transition into something else.
