Two things I know work for me: 1) manual work, or exercise to extenuation; if that fails (it never does for me) 2) alcohol—which in my case, because I don't really drink, it comes down to one, or two bottles of beer, or a big glass of wine. Melatonin and chamomile tea work too.

I'll say, try 1, and if that doesn't work try the tea. Add melatonin to the equation only if the tea doesn't work.
