世界美食中，哪些是以花为主要食材的？**
说到这个我可就不困了。
一般来说，当地盛产什么花，当地人喜欢什么花，大概率就要把它拿来吃吃看。

玫瑰算是宜古宜今，宜中宜洋。主要是又艳又香，玫瑰糖、玫瑰酱、玫瑰茶、玫瑰饼，都好。国内不止一处盛行食用玫瑰，云南、北京、江苏、山东都有特产，品种也各不同。
至于欧美，则玫瑰与古典文化渊源太深，因此大规模爱玫瑰也吃玫瑰。英、法、美以玫瑰为甜点/饮料的做法不要太多。除却文化因素影响，保加利亚也可以单独拎出来提一下。他们那个是大马士革玫瑰（ _Rosa damascena_），也用来做香水。
日本则是北海道。特产玫瑰，也以玫瑰为道花。但它们那个玫瑰是 _Rosa rugosa_，日语称为「浜梨」。虽然也是从中国传过去，但目前中国市场上以此种玫瑰花作为食用来源的，倒好像不太多。
