@slashdot This is an important article for anyone in a position of leader ship! I worked at Facebook where we had two reviews per year, and I had no idea that now move to one per year. Reading some of the comments in the Slashdot article are also very enlightening 👌

Ballpark the amount of time you spend on your review, multiply that by the number of reviews per year (4), multiply that by the number of employees who work for the company, and multiply that by the minimum hourly wage. Then, if you are feeling cheeky, let management know how much those mandatory quarterly reviews are costing the business.
