Este ponto de digital tem pouco, mas visto que tem a haver com #Musk : a IL tem dito que quer fazer uma coisa que toda a gente reage logo como "o que o Musk fez nos Estados Unidos". No programa eles tentam não ser colados aos EUA, dizendo que é "inspirada em modelos de sucesso de vários países europeus".
E agora o que realmente é #digital:
A #IL quer uma "cultura de dados do estado", q suponho queiram que sejam dados abertos. O programa refere #interoperabilidade ou interoperável 16 vezes, e se nem todos os casos são directamente sobre interoperabilidade digital, pelo menos indirectamente são.
Quer criar um GovTech Testbed, mas sem explicação que me faça entender se isto não é o que já foi feito com o #PRR - ver https://portugaldigital.gov.pt/acelerar-a-transicao-digital-em-portugal/testar-e-incorporar-nova-tecnologia/testbeds/
Entram em detalhe no que devia ser óbvio, mas se calhar é mesmo preciso porque estamos longe disso: refiro-me a quando pedem interoperabilidade mas também acessibilidade, transparência, partilha de dados com o princípio de Only Once, etc.. É pena contudo que a questão do Only Once não seja explicada, porque isto pode ser bom se bem feito, terrível se mal feito (como Musk fez, ver https://ciberlandia.pt/deck/@per_sonne/114341682196450343 ).

O aviso do costume: o formato desta cobertura é diferente
#Saúde - já sabemos o que a IL quer da saúde, e apesar da #Inês ter dito que o modelo que a IL defende falhou noutros países, não conseguiu dizer que a IL não consegue fazer aquilo e reduzir custos como promete, nem fazer as críticas ao modelo (muito ligeiramente comentou o problema de indexar salários à produtividade na saúde). O PAN quer melhor salário e reformas mais cedo para os médicos.
#IRS - a IL diz que progressividade pode querer dizer muitas coisas, e reduzir para dois escalões é progressividade. Não explica como compensa o brutal corte orçamental. PAN quer descer IRS nos 5º e 6º escalões.
Tentou-se falar de habitação, mas foi tudo uma mescla de coisas que não explicou nada: sabemos que o que têm vindo a propor é distinto, mas se não fosse pelo qie têm dito anteriormemte, nem isso ficávamos a saber com este debate.
#Rocha chorou pela falta de programa apresentado do PAN, o que não sei se é muito justo, tendo em conta tantos outros partidos ainda sem programa apresentado, nestas "eleições à pressa".
Acho que estiverem ambos fracos. O PAN em particular não parece o mesmo que o que debateu com a esquerda, passando a ideia de uma visão mal definida ou preparada.

2: #impostos - PS diz que as suas medidas custam metade as da #AD. Programa do CH é anunciado 5ª (mas será que vai dizer neste debate o que defende em matéria de impostos?) CH quer descer #IRC.
3: #imigração - PS resolve o problema como? Apoia a via verde que a AD implementou agora. CH acha mal a via verde, em vez disso quer quotas para imigração, e expulsar do país quem faz crimes. PS diz que já tivemos quotas e não funcionaram. E quem comete crimes deve cumprir pena, mandá-los lá para fora não garante cumprimento de pena.
4: #ética - #Ventura crítica Montenegro. #PS diz que se há quem não pode dar lições de ética e que não tem autoridade moral é o CH, que tem pessoas condenadas e o grupo parlamentar com mais processos.

1) #europa - têm visão igual ou diferente? Parece que têm linguagem diferente mas na prática defendem o mesmo.
2) #defesa - o que distingue BE e L é que BE acha que não é preciso gastar mais em armas (já temos o suficiente), o L acha que sim (para precaver). L está com medo do que os #EUA podem estar para fazer, BE diz que então não percebe porque é que o Livre quer continuar na #NATO com os EUA lá.
3) #taxtherich - nas suas várias vertentes, ambos dizem sim.
4) #autogestão de empresas - ambos concordam, é preciso de legislação e mecanismos para fazer isto acontecer.
5) PS - O Livre quer é governar à esquerda, com projectos como o de #Livre e #BE. BE o mesmo: não é o PS que tem de ganhar para governar com o PSD, é a esquerda que deve crescer para que o próximo governo esteja a governar à #esquerda.

You can’t.
That’s because toddlers don’t understand what an argument is and aren’t interesting in having one.
Toddlers (which includes defensive bureaucrats, bullies, flat earthers, folks committed to a specific agenda and radio talk show hosts) may indicate that they’d like to have an argument, but they’re actually engaging in connection, noise, play acting or a chance to earn status. It can be fun to be in opposition, to harangue or even to use power to change someone’s position.
An argument, though, is an exchange of ideas that ought to surface insight and lead to a conclusion.
If you’re regularly having arguments with well-informed people of goodwill, you will probably ‘lose’ half of them–changing your mind based on what you’ve learned. If you’re not changing your mind, it’s likely you’re not actually having an argument (or you’re hanging out with the wrong people.) While it can be fun to change someone else’s position, it’s also a gift to learn enough to change ours.
The toddler puts on a show of having an argument, but they are holding a tantrum in reserve. If they ‘win’ the argument, no tantrum is needed. If they lose, they can tell themselves that they tried but the other person deserved the tantrum because they didn’t listen.
“Tell me about other strongly-held positions you’ve changed as the result of a discussion like this one…” is a direct way to start a conversation about the argument you’re proposing to have. “What sort of information would make it likely you could see this in a different way?”

Toddlers (which includes defensive bureaucrats, bullies, flat earthers, folks committed to a specific agenda and radio talk show hosts) may indicate that they’d like to have an argument, but they’re actually engaging in connection, noise, play acting or a chance to earn status. It can be fun to be in opposition, to harangue or even to use power to change someone’s position.
An argument, though, is an exchange of ideas that ought to surface insight and lead to a conclusion.
If you’re regularly having arguments with well-informed people of goodwill, you will probably ‘lose’ half of them–changing your mind based on what you’ve learned. If you’re not changing your mind, it’s likely you’re not actually having an argument (or you’re hanging out with the wrong people.) While it can be fun to change someone else’s position, it’s also a gift to learn enough to change ours.
The toddler puts on a show of having an argument, but they are holding a tantrum in reserve. If they ‘win’ the argument, no tantrum is needed. If they lose, they can tell themselves that they tried but the other person deserved the tantrum because they didn’t listen.
“Tell me about other strongly-held positions you’ve changed as the result of a discussion like this one…” is a direct way to start a conversation about the argument you’re proposing to have. “What sort of information would make it likely you could see this in a different way?”
It probably doesn’t pay to argue over things we have chosen to believe as part of our identity.
The lack of “public water” in our cities.
Almost no way of washing your hands or going to the toilet or whatever. You can’t even pee in a bush, because a) that’s illegal and b) there are no bushes!

Mais uma vez aquela nota de que este tendo sido um debate sem ser em sinal aberto, a minha cobertura é diferente.
Rocha e Tavares começaram bem, ainda que o "debate" esta a ser poucochinho, porque o jornalista estava em formato entrevista: uma pergunta para um, uma pergunta diferente para outro.
IL quer usar o investimento em defesa em cibersegurança e coisas que não armas, mas depois já não era bem assim - fiquei sem perceber bem mas deu-me vontade de ir ler o programa para entender.
A meio do debate as coisas ficam mais esclarecedoras: quando Tavares decide responder rebatendo também algo que Rocha tinha dito anteriormemte. O confronto foi o que nos trouxe esclarecimentos.
Tavares sublinhou que a IL tem números mas que as suas contas não batem certo, e assentam em fezadas como certezas.
Rocha sublinhou que Livre tem várias medidas de redução de impostos, mas sem números ou propostas concretas.
Aqui a diferença é que IL não tem como se explicar, enquanto o Tavares disse da proposta do Livre que essas reduções são condicionais e que estão dependentes da existência de crescimento económico, que é incerto.
IL quer ajudar empresas p/ ajudar pessoas, acha q sem crescimento n há modelo de pensões que funcione.
Livre quer certificados p/ bebés, agência p/ IA.
Extra) +1 para equilibrar tempos, só para o PAN: governabilidade. PAN ajudará tanto AD como PS se precisarem? Com a AD é difícil, porque a AD defende uma grande lista de coisas que somos totalmente contra.

Melo prefere falar de imigração, jornalista diz que ela quer que ele responda à pergunta. Melo fala de imigração. Depois. Antes não foi possível mas agora em dois anos vai ser tudo diferente. Como? Porque sim. Então mas... "Isso não é conversa" responde Melo.
3a) imigração - Melo diz que o PAN quer portas abertas a todos e é por isso que temos imigrantes a vir sem condições porque não são bem acolhidos. PAN diz que sem imigrantes não temos trabalhadores, por exemplo na construção
4) defesa - O PAN não quer o compromisso com a NATO dos 2%? Como lhes diz isso, que somos muito pequenos? Inês explica porque 2% é errado, mas não responde à pergunta. AD diz que não é gastar, é investir. É mesmo, se nem temos indústria militar? Melo diz "já respondo a isso, mas primeiro..." Quando responde diz: é é, temos 380 empresas nessa área.
