Je cherche un vieux jeu dont j'ai oublié le nom. Je l'avais acheté à 17 francs sur un CDROM. C'était un jeu de plateforme, où on contrôlait un personnage qui portait un chapeau pointu, dans un univers asiatique. Il lançait des cailloux, puis des sortes de boomerangs qui rebondissaient sur les parois. Il me semble qu'il y avait les mots 'fortune' et 'cookie' dans le nom, mais pas moyen de le retrouver. Once again, I went on a hike onto my backyard mountain after calling it quits very late. This time I brought my cam along. The view was extremely hazy, but the setting sunlight resulted in cool colors. The freshly cut grass smelled wonderful.
I saw a flock of pidgeons circling around and some sort of rat or mouse quickly running over the road in front of me from one field into the next one with a giant nut in its mouth. Or so I at least believe, couldn't really tell, it happened so fast.
A couple enjoyed the setting sun on a bench and stripped their shoes on this warm evening. Somebody forget their bottle of water on the summit, but it looked rather cool in the evening light:

Not sure what they're doing, but they now set up scaffolding at the ruin. I heavily doubt it, but it would be cool if they rebuilt the castle. :-)
On the way back I met up with a mate who couldn't come along right from the beginning. We saw two deer on the meadow, but it was already too dark for my camera, the photos were totally rubbish. @movq That's cool! I think I never ran across a moorhen in the wild. Nor such a goose, just the "normal" ones. I should maybe try to sit on a watch to shoot some birds. With my cam, not a rifle of course. :-)

Depois do anúncio de um Ministério novo que tem como um dos objectivos "desburocratizar o estado", temos as notícias sobre o derrape do PRR (alguém surpreendido?) e consequente narrativa de que é preciso desburocratizar. Só que olhando para o relatório da comissão de acompanhamento chega-se à conclusão que sim, realmente a máquina burocrática do estado não está a bem oleada, só que não é por excesso de burocracia (que está lá porque é necessária) mas sim porque a máquina do estado não tem os recursos necessários - estruturais, técnicos e humanos.
E já sabemos o que quer dizer "menos burocracia" para a AD - olhemos para a Lei dos Solos como um exemplo de como com o disfarce da simplificação burocrática o que obtivemos foi menos protecção ambiental. Vem aí mais disto - estejamos atentos.
